As a child, I spent summers in Avalon. As time marched on, I joined the family’s insurance business, KVIS & Coe Insurance, and eventually took reins of the business; ultimately guiding it to become one of the largest insurance firms in the Philadelphia area. Over the years, I also studied the real estate market in Avalon – a natural choice, as Avalon was the town that served as the foundation of so many fond memories during my childhood! My interest and study led to the purchase of my personal home in Avalon, which I have enjoyed for many years with my wife, two sons, and daughter. I also made a significant investment in time and money in Avalon’s real estate market; quarterbacking the acquisition, construction, and sale of many homes. We are also part of the family ownership team of Capt’n Chucky’s Crab Cake Co. located in Avalon, NJ.

So after four decades of involvement with the family insurance business, I handed over the reins of the insurance business to my son and I obtained my real estate license. Now more than ever, I have been focusing on the real estate market in Avalon & Stone Harbor. My enthusiasm, commitment to learning and my vast knowledge of many components of the insurance & the real estate industry has been a great advantage for my real estate Career.
